By the present application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 04.09.2024.

This Court, vide order dated 04.09.2024, quashed the FIR No. 334/2020 dated 13.09.2020 for offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground that the parties have entered into a settlement. The petitioner was however directed to provide free legal aid to Multiple Action Research Group ('MARG'), Shahpur Jat, New Delhi - 110049 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM everyday from 01.10.2024 to 31.03.2025, that is, for a period of six months.

The petitioner now seeks modification in the duration of providing free legal aid services to MARG from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM for 6 months to 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for one month. 4.

free legal services to MARG is changed from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM to 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. However, considering the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court does not find it expedient to modify the duration of providing free legal aid to MARG. 5.

The petitioner is directed to file the compliance report before the concerned SHO on the completion of six months. 6.

The SHO is at liberty to file an appropriate application in case the petitioner does not comply with the order dated 04.09.2024.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present application.
