Mr Debesh Panda, learned Sr Standing Counsel for the Revenue has placed before us a communication dated 04.08.2025 received by him from the respondents. According to the said communication, the respondents have passed the order dated 21.07.2025 giving effect to appeal order dated 22.03.2019 in Appeal No.294/2016-17.

This position is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who states that in view of the order dated 21.07.2025 the amount has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. 3.

He wishes to withdraw the present petition.
