The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 205/2015, under Sections 302/201/411/120-B of the IPC, registered with Police Station Sangam Vihar. 2.

The status report indicates that 34 witnesses have been examined and examination-in-chief of the Investigating Officer is yet to be completed. 3.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP states that apart from the Investigating Officer, there are no other witnesses proposed to be examined. Considering the stage of trial, this Court considers it apposite to request the Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

seeks to withdraw the present petition.
