The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "(a) It is therefore, respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court to setaside the order of grant of Regular Bail to the Accused/Respondent no. 2 namely Hashim passed by Ld. ASJ, (Link Judge) (FTSC) RC01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide order dated 21.10.2023 in case FIR no. 308/2023, U/s 325/329/341/34 IPC, PS:- Khyala, Delhi and;

(b) Notice be issued to the Respondent no. 2 / Accused of the present Petition, in the interest of justice." 3.
