O R D E R

% 29.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner/School has sought quashing of the orders dated 16th January, 2018 and 9th February, 2018, passed by the respondent no.2 i.e. Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, directing the petitioner/School to grant admission to respondent no.3 in the academic session 2017-18. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that the said respondent has already secured admission in a School of his choice and he, therefore, does not wish to join the petitioner/School any more.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.3, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection if the said directions are treated as re-called.

In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents, the directions given in the impugned orders dated 16th January, 2018 and 9th February, 2018, will be treated as recalled. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. The petition and application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
