The present petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) / Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.178/2024, under Section 376 IPC, registered at police station Nabi Karim, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh subsequently, if required.

Permission and liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
