The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 challenging the Order dated 12.06.2025 passed by learned Family Court-02, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in G.P. No. 31/2025 titled Rahul Saini v. Devansha Saini whereby the learned Family Judge dismissed the petition filed by the appellant herein under Sections 7, 10, 17 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890.
