The present petition under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- <1.To Initiate the Contempt Proceedings against the Contemnor for his deliberate, Intentional, willful and Non-compliance of the Order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Dr. Aditi Chaudhary, Principal Judge, Family Court, West, Tis Hazari, Delhi in Mt. No40/2024 titled as <Mitika Mehta V/s Siddhant Kumar Mehta= whereby the Ad-Interim Maintenance of Rs.20,000/- p.m. has been passed in favor of Petitioner /Wife against the Respondent, in the interest of justice.

2.To Punish the Contemnor/Husband for his Wilful, Deliberate and Intentional Breach/Violations of Order dated 28.08.2024 along-with Fine and Imprisonment up-to Six Months in accordance with Law,

To Direct the Contemnor to be present before the Court in-person on the next date of hearing for his wilful, deliberate and Intentional breach and the violation of the impugned Order dated 28.08.2024. 4.To Pass any other Order (s) or directions which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case.= The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
