The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 29th August, 2024, passed by the Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts in HMA 2002/2022.

Respondent is present in person along with her counsel. Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed an application seeking modification of the said order. The respondent assures the Court that she will strictly abide by the terms of the aforesaid order till the time the said order is varied by the Court.

In view of the above, the aforesaid contempt petition is disposed of with a direction that both the petitioner and the respondent shall strictly abide by the order dated 29th August, 2024.
