The present Bail Application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 („BNSS‟) / under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 134/2024, under Sections 392/394/397/307/411/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Kamla Market, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file afresh, upon substantial change in circumstances. 3.

Permission and liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
