Mr. Ali submits that pursuant to the order dated December 19, 2023 whereby the petitioner was referred to Research and Referral Hospital of Army, the fresh medical examination of the petitioner has been conducted and he has been found unfit in the said examination as well. 2.

Mr. Ali has placed before us the report of medical examination. 3.

In view of the above submission of Mr. Ali, Ms. Saahila Lamba seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
