This Court is informed that vide order dated 01st December, 2025 passed in RFA 1016/2019, titled as "M/s Usha International Ltd. Versus Bhiku Ram Jain (Deceased) Thr LRs", execution proceedings have been stayed.

This Court is further informed that the aforesaid RFA is now listed for hearing on 27th March, 2026.

This Court also takes note of the submission made by learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor that amount, as directed to be deposited by the Appellate Court, already stands deposited on 18th December, 2025. 4.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is manifest that no further orders can be passed in the present execution petition for the time being.
