"a. Quash the Impugned FIR being FIR No. 95/2021 dated 09.07.2021 lodged at P.S.-EOW, Delhi U/s. 406/420/120-B IPC in view of the facts and grounds as set out in the main Petition; or b. Transfer the Investigation arising out of the grievances of the respective individuals to the concerned police stations as per the local jurisdiction;

c. Any other or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
