The present petition filed under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks the following reliefs:

"a. Transfer criminal complaint case CT Cases No. 617683/2016 U/s 138 N.I. Act title (Aditya Sharma V/s Arif) pending before the court of Ms. Shruti Sharma, JMPC (NI Act)- 02, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Court of JMFC (NI Act). SouthDistrict, Saket. New Delhi to entertain the said petition. b. And pass any other and/or further relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the present case."

Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges that the trial stands concluded and the matter has reached at the stage of final arguments. In view of this, the Court finds no basis to transfer the petition at this stage. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
