The present writ petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 03.08.2022 passed by the Ld. ASJ (Special Judge), NDPS, District New Delhi in SC No.304/22 dismissing an application filed under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition at this juncture and seeks liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the instant petition before the Competent Court at an appropriate stage.
