It is noticed that there is no appearance from the side of the petitioner from the last few dates.

On 08.11.2023, this Court had observed that if there was no appearance from the side of the petitioner on the next date of hearing, the petition would be dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, the matter was taken up by the concerned JR (Judicial) on 15.12.2023 and also by this Court on 03.01.2024 and 28.05.2024 and none appeared on behalf of either of the parties.

It is, thus, quite clear that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present matter and, therefore, the petition is, hereby, dismissed-in-default and for non-prosecution.
