By the present petition, the petitioner seeks to impugn the order dated 4.1.2016 passed by the trial court rejecting the application of the petitioner under Order VI Rule 17 CPC.

A similar order which was passed by the trial court on the same date has been set aside today by this court in C.R.P. No.32/2016 title Hans Raj vs. Ravinder Kumar.
