The present applications have been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 645/2023 registered under Sections 323/452/506/34 IPC at P.S. Alipur.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that after grant of interim protection granted on 03.11.2023, the applicants have joined the investigation.

Learned APP for the State confirms that the applicants have joined the investigation. He, on instructions, submits that the chargesheet having been filed before the Court of learned CMM, Outer North, Rohini Courts, no further custody of the applicants are required. 4.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the applicants have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogations are no longer required, the interim protection granted to them vide order dated 03.11.2023 is made absolute and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs 25000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicants shall provide the mobile numbers, which they undertake to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. (ii) The applicants shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about his current residential address. (iii) In case of change of residential address/contact detail, the applicants shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO.

(iv) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
(v) The applicants shall regularly appear before the trial Court as and when the charge sheet is filed.

At this stage, Ms.Nisha, who has also joined the proceeding through V.C. and identified herself as the complainant of the case, submits that she is not getting regular updates about her case from the concerned IO. 6.
The concerned Investigating Officer/SHO is directed to ensure that the complainant gets apprised about the developments of her case. 7.
The complainant is also at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with law.

The applications are disposed of in the above terms. 9.
