By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to quash the FIR No. 297/2022 and proceedings arising of the said FIR, registered under Section 354(A) IPC Lodged at P.S Janakpuri. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for discharge is coming up for consideration on 12.07.2024. She seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contention before the trial court.
