O R D E R

% 26.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that the arrears of rent stand paid. He also assures this Court that the service tax for the month of August, 2016 shall be paid within a period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the respondents reiterates the undertaking given before the Mediator in para 6 of the settlement agreement dated 15th December, 2015 that the usage charges shall be paid to the petitioner by 10th day of each calendar month till 31st March, 2018 or till the date of handing over the possession, whichever is later. The undertaking/statement made by learned counsel for the respondents is accepted by this Court and the respondents are held bound by the same.

In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.
