W.P.(CRL) 388/2017 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner to produce his minor daughter. The complaint of the petitioner is that his minor daughter is missing since 07.01.2017. On an advance copy having been served, the daughter of the petitioner has been produced in Court. She submits that she has voluntarily married Junaid Ansari and she wishes to reside with him. Along with the status report, a typed copy of the order dated
20.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.2890/2017 by a Single Judge of the Allahabad High Court granting protection to the married couple has been annexed.
