A brief background of this case has been recorded in the last order by the learned predecessor bench. Upon service of notice, learned counsel for respondent has appeared and submits that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms with first part of prayer clause (a). Briefly stated, the issue revolves around the Provisional Rent Assessment Report dated 28.02.2023. The petitioner is stated to have already given a representation dated 01.06.2022 referring to the previous demand, which representation remains not decided.
