% 09.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents concedes that the petitioner has given a fresh representation dated 02nd March, 2016 to the Superintendent Engineer. He states that the petition can be disposed with a direction to the Superintendent Engineer to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. According to him the same shall be done within four weeks from today by giving a personal hearing to the petitioner.

In view of the statement, the petition is disposed of directing the Superintendent Engineer to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02nd March, 2016. The order dated 16th February, 2016 shall continue till the representation is disposed of by the Superintendent Engineer and communicated to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the fixed deposit for

Rs.27,97,340/- shall be kept alive. The statement is taken on record. Petition is disposed of.
