Mr. Anand Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that a miscellaneous application filed by the petitioners herein, for recall of the judgment of the Supreme Court dated 17.05.2024 in Civil Appeal Nos. 1012/2017 & 1013/2017, is pending before the Supreme Court. He seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the Supreme Court for the same relief.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
