A perusal of the order sheets shows that though this petition came up first before this Court on 15th December, 2014 but has been repeatedly adjourned, mostly on request of the counsel for the petitioners, and has not even been admitted and no notice thereof even has been issued. 3.

The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to apply afresh if need arises.

No costs.
