Faced with the generic, vague and floating allegations against the petitioners in the complaint filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 by the respondent, learned counsel for the respondent states that the complaint may be quashed qua the petitioners observing that it shall continue against the husband of the respondent.

Accordingly, I dispose of the instant petition quashing Crl.Complaint No.523/3 dated November 22, 2012 qua the petitioners expressly recording that the complaint may be proceeded against the husband of the respondent who is impleaded as Accused No.1 in the complaint. The proceedings emanating therefrom against the petitioners are also quashed. 3.

No costs.
