Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
