The present writ petition has been filed seeking action against the unauthorized construction being carried out in the following properties:- W.P.(C) 9828/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Status report has been filed on behalf of respondent-MCD. However, the same is not on record.

2.1 A copy of the status report has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record.

It is stated in the status report that demolition orders have been passed against all the aforesaid four properties and a vacation notice has also been issued. However, demolition action could not be carried out till date due to non-availability of police force.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the concerned SHO, Police Station, Bindapur to provide the necessary police force to the respondent-MCD so that the proposed demolition action can be carried out.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the private respondents are kept open.
