The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no.1 for taking action against the unauthorized construction being raised by respondent no. 2, at the property bearing No. C-8 Vijay Vihar, Delhi-110085.

Status Report dated 20th September, 2025, has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), according to which, the Demolition Order with respect to the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, was initially passed on 17th February, 2025. 3.
Subsequently, further unauthorized construction was found in the property and the same was booked on 15th July, 2025 and consequently, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/09/2025 at 12:52:34
Demolition Order was passed on 08th September, 2025. 4.
As per the Status Report of the MCD, unauthorized construction exists in the property from first floor till fourth floor. 5.
Accordingly, the MCD is directed to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property, in accordance with law. 6.
In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, they shall have liberty to seek their remedies in accordance with law.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.
