The present petitions are related to cases filed inter se between the parties. CRL.M.C. 8057/2023 has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of Complaint Case No. 10084/2018 pending before learned MM, Saket Courts, South District, New Delhi; CRL.M.C.8287/2023 has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of FIR No. 135/2016 registered under Sections 420/468/471 IPC at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi; and CRL.M.C. 1683/2022 has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of charge-sheet filed under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC in FIR No.135/2016 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The parties are identified by their respective counsels as well as by the IO/ SI Sandeep, PS Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. 2.
Learned counsels for the parties have drawn attention of the Court to the order dated 02.06.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in RFA(OS) Nos.83/2018, 84/2018 and 85/2018, wherein it was undertaken that all pending FIR(s)/Criminal Complaint(s) would be withdrawn and that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
they would seek quashing of the same. Learned counsels for the parties state that no other criminal case is pending between the parties and the statements to withdraw their respective complaints/FIRs is without any undue pressure or coercion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other proceedings are pending between the parties.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIRs/complaints and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

With the above directions, the petitions along with pending applications are disposed of.
