The present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order thereby directing the respondent no.1 to take appropriate step to provide protection to the petitioners as there exist continuous threats by the respondent no.2 that he will kill the petitioners. Pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned ASC (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the State on advance notice submits that the phone number of the concerned beat constable as well as the SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar, shall be provided to the petitioners in case of any exigency and the said officers shall respond promptly. 5.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 6.
