Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 245/2025 of PS Lajpat Nagar for offences under Section 64(1)/351(3) of BNS. 2.

The present petition is signed not by the accused but by the prosecutrix. It is claimed in the petition that prosecutrix and the accused compromised the disputes by way of settlement deed dated 06.07.2025. But even the alleged settlement deed is between the prosecutrix and father of the accused. The petitioner named in the petition is the accused but the signatures in the petition are stated to be of the prosecutrix. In other words, the accused is nowhere in this picture.
