The instant application has been filed by respondent no.2 (Directorate of Education) seeking permission to withdraw the order dated 17.11.2022 issued by it.

The aforesaid is one of the impugned orders and seems to have been stayed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2022 and continued by subsequent orders.
