% 08.11.2019 Petitioner is undergoing rigorous imprisonment for life for the offences under Sections 302/201/34 IPC and vide order of 10th October, 2019, he was released on parole for a period of four weeks. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking extension of parole for three months on the ground of illness of his mother.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner's mother is seriously ill and has been advised surgery and petitioner has to attend his ailing mother and that parole granted to petitioner is expiring today itself and, therefore, his parole be extended for three weeks. Notice.
