Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are facing trial in two separate complaints filed under Section 138 read with Sections 141/142 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 and Section 420 of IPC. He submits that though the matter was earlier settled but thereafter during pendency of the present petitions, the parties have further entered into 'full and final settlement' on 12.02.2026 and, in terms of such settlement, the payment has been made to the complainant.

Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant i.e M/s Vistar Trading LLP confirms that the matter has been settled. 3.

A copy of MOU has been shown, which has been retained on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant does not dispute the contents of the abovesaid MOU and assures that in view of such settlement, CRL.M.C. 8029/2023 & CRL.M.C. 8069/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the respondent/complainant shall withdraw both such complaints on the next date of hearing i.e. 26.02.2026.

In view of the abovesaid specific assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent/complainant, nothing further survives in the present petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the same. 8.

The petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, in terms of the abovesaid settlement.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
