% 05.02.2019 Counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to order passed on 13.3.2018 in connected matters, namely, W.P. (C) Nos.6463/2015 and 7892/2015, particularly, the directions contained in paragraph 10 thereof, which reads as under:- "10. In case, these have not been placed before the Lt. Governor, the same shall be forthwith so placed and orders obtained in compliance with Article 243 Y (ii) of the Constitution of India.
A report in this regard shall be placed before us on affidavit within 10 days from today. "
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the matter has been placed before the Lt. Governor for consideration, which is required in compliance with the mandate of Article 243 Y(ii) and,
therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and now it is for the Lt. Governor to proceed in the matter as directed. Keeping in view the aforesaid and the prayer made by the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition in terms of the order already passed on 13th March, 2018 and paragraph 10 as reproduced hereinabove.
