Learned counsel for the Respondent has produced before the Court an order dated 3rd January, 2020 conveying the decision of the Competent Authority finding the Petitioner suitable for appointment in the CISF. Learned counsel for the Respondents on the instructions of the Officer Mr. Feroz Khan states that the appropriate orders will be issued to enable the Petitioner to commence training which is scheduled to begin on 20th January, 2020.
