This petition is filed raising the grievance of transfer of the petitioner to Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

There is also a prayer to set aside the order dated 10.10.2023 passed by respondent no.1/bank marking the absence of the petitioner from 01.10.2023 to 25.06.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has joined the new place of posting and the prayer against the transfer order no longer survives. However, it is requested that the absence of the petitioner be treated as sanctioned leave. The grievance raised is that despite giving representation, the same has not been considered.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a speaking order.
