% 29.03.2017 CRL.A. 388/2011 Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that the factum of death of the appellant has been verified.

CRL.A. 388/2011 stands abated and is disposed of as such. Crl.M.A. 3179/2017 By this application the father of the appellant who stood surety for him when his sentence was suspended seeks discharge of surety for the reason the appellant has passed away. Since factum of death of the appellant has been verified, the surety bond furnished by the father of the appellant is discharged.

Application is disposed of.
