"i) Issue Direction/Order for quashing of Impugned F.I.R. No.- 1315/2014 dated 12.11.2014 U/s.-498A/406/34 IPC registered at P.S. Vijay Vihar, District- Outer District, Delhi and all other proceedings emanating therefrom against Petitioners.

ii) Pass any other Direction/Order, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of Petitioners."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on point of charge. 4.
