The present bail applications are filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC), seeking grant of pre-arrest bail, in FIR No. 205/2023, dated 22.08.2023, for offences under Sections 20/22/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Crime Branch.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the investigation is almost complete and the chargesheet is likely to be filed within a period of two weeks. 3.

He submits that the applicants have been kept in Column No. 12 as the investigation, at this stage, has not pointed towards any specific role qua the applicants.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail applications and approach this Court in case any grievance remains. 5.

The present bail applications, along with the pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
