The present bail applications have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 285/2019 under Sections 376/377 Il'C & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at Police Station Budh Vihar, Delhi. By:AMULYA

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the last order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. He further submits that in the bail application of applicants' son, namely Akash Gupta, the complainant had given no objection to the grant of bail to him who is facing charge under Sections 376/377 IPG, whereas the allegations against the present petitioners are under Section 4 of Dowiy Prohibition Act, 1961. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on instractions, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions (i) The petitioners shall join investigation as and when they are asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioners shall provide the I.O./SPIO Police Station Budh Vihar, Delhi with their mobile numbers and in the event of change of their residential addresses, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.

(iv) The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.
