This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner for modification/clarification of the Judgment dated 06.08.2024 passed by this Court rejecting W.P.(C) 14394/2023.

It is the case of the Petitioner that the observations made in the writ petition will have an adverse effect on the arbitration that has commenced between the parties.
