Counsel for the parties submits that the parties have settled their disputes by means of a Settlement Agreement dated 9th November, 2024. 1.1 A copy of the aforesaid settlement agreement bearing the signatures of the authorised representatives of the parties has been handed over in Court.

I have gone through the terms of settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the present is suit is decreed and the aforesaid settlement agreement shall form part of the decree sheet. 4.1 Decree Sheet be drawn up.

For the purpose of good order and record, the Registry will scan a copy of the settlement agreement, so that it remains embedded in the case CS(COMM) 821/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
