% 08.03.2016 By way of present petition under Article of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks quashing of memorandum dated 02.01.2016 issued by respondent No.2.

Mr.S. Sunil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made representations dated 04.01.2016 and 29.01.2016 to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that respondents have decided the representations of the petitioner on 01.03.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
