The present petition under Section 482 read with Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire record of proceedings in respect of the impugned Order of modification of interim maintenance passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, South west Delhi, Dwarka courts dated 17.07.2023, in Criminal appeal No. t5512023; b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire record of proceedings pending before learned M.M., South west Delhi, Dwarka courts, in M.C No.34412020;

c) After perusal of the same this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned Order dated 17.07.2023 passed by the ld. A.S.J-02, Dwarka courts, new Delhi in C.A. No. 15512023 in appeal titled as "Parul v/s Abhishek Tanwar" and order dated 08.02.2023 passed by Ld. Mahila Court-01, South West, Dwarka court, in case titled as "Parul v/s Abhishek Tanwar" bearing M.C. No.344120201"
