The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 30.03.2022 passed by the Ld. MM (NI Act)-03, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi.

There is no appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2 today. 3.

When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that a revision is maintainable against the Impugned Order and it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to approach the Revisional Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Revisional Court.
