This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in SC No.161/2017 arising out of FIR No.117/2017 dated 26.03.2017 under Section 307 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959. Subsequently, charge sheet was filed under Section 302 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application but seeks a direction to learned Trial Court to expedite the recording of evidence.

Considering that the applicant is in judicial custody for the past 4 years, learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of evidence. 4.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
