By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2007/2015 registered under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC at PS Maviya Nagar. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed which is to the following effect:- "During course of investigation accused Anshul Parmar has arrested on 25th February, 2016 in above mentioned case and send to judicial custody. Accused has got bail from Hon'ble Court of Ms.Anu Malhotra, DSJ Saket Court on 1st March, 2016."
