The present petition under 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"a) quashing of FIR/RC and related criminal proceedings in case titled as "CBI VS. LEESUNGWIM & ORS." CC No. 520/2019, RC No. -DST/ S0003/2010, U/s 120B/420/468 of IPC, registered at P.S. - CBI, pending before the court of LD. ACMM-2 CUM ACJ, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, New Delhi, against the petitioner and all the other subsequent proceedings, in the interest of justice. b) Pass further order in favour of petitioner and against the respondent in the interest of justice."
